A first for Fukku restaurant in Guernsey.....

This was something a little different for a change.

I was photographing the carving of what is believed to be the first tuna caught by a team from a Channel Island restaurant.

Fukku organised an open doors event at their premises in Smith Street where a group of interested people were able to watch the skillful process up close and then sample the results!
