IMPORTANT INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH EACH ORDER.
The SPECIAL ORDER FORM for each picture MUST be filled in with details of the picture you have ordered together with all the contact details.
Failure to do this may leave us unable to complete the delivery of your order.
