Miellette Bay Panorama
Picture by Andrew Le Poidevin ©2010. From ground level the Guernsey Fish Farms facility in a water filled quarry are completely invisible. However using my 26 metre high photography mast the whole vista is shown clearly.
Beyond the Fish Farm is Miellette Bay with the small Islets of Omptolle on the left and Hommet Paradis on the right. On the horizon are Herm and Jethou. The full size (48") print shows great detail which cannot be appreciated when displayed as a small web image. This picture was commissioned for the book 'Coast' written by Rob Batiste.
