Overwhelmed by cyclists and lycra.....

The first cycle event on Sunday morning took me way out to Rocquaine for the Guernsey Triathlon Club's Rocquaine Duathlon.

The reward for the early start was a very pleasant work-place with the backdrop of the still sea, sunny and calm.

There is always an inevitable wait whilst the athletes complete the cycle route but I was kept amused by the banter of the recreational cyclists. The usual question is 'why don't you want to take a photo of me?'

Well this might surprise a few of them as I'm going to add a new gallery featuring some random photos. I think an apt title would be something like 'Cyclists & Lycra'!
