It was taken at a height of 25 metres using an Elevated Photography Mast and a remotely controlled camera. It was commisioned for the 'Coast' book written by Rob Batiste which is published in November 2010. Another 'Photoshoped' version of this picture shows how the headland might of looked when the pond was open to the sea and there was no quarry.
